1. Services Provided

Blue Edge Services LLC provides residential and commercial pressure washing and related cleaning services throughout Southern California. Service availability is subject to scheduling, weather conditions, and access to the customer’s property.

2. Estimates & Pricing
  • All estimates are free and based on the size, condition, and accessibility of the area to be cleaned.

  • Prices may vary if conditions differ from those described at booking.

  • Promotional offers (including coupons) may be subject to restrictions or expiration dates.

3. Booking, Cancellations, & Rescheduling
  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance by phone, email, or through our website booking system.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to provide property access at the scheduled time, may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payments
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We currently accept cash, Zelle, and similar digital transfer services.

  • Online payments through our website are not available at this time.

  • Non-payment may result in additional fees, collections, or legal action.

5. Customer Responsibilities
  • Ensure clear and safe access to the work area, including driveways, patios, trash bins, or storefronts.

  • Provide access to a working outdoor water source unless otherwise arranged.

  • Secure pets, vehicles, and personal belongings before the service begins.

  • Inform us of any surfaces that may be sensitive to high-pressure cleaning or require special handling.

6. Liability Disclaimer
  • Blue Edge Services LLC takes all reasonable precautions when performing services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage including but not limited to cracks, loose paint, weakened concrete, damaged sealants, or improperly installed surfaces.

  • Customers acknowledge that pressure washing may expose or worsen hidden defects.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by customer negligence, failure to follow our instructions, or natural wear and tear.

  • Results are not permanent — surfaces may naturally become dirty again over time.

7. Refunds & Service Issues
  • Blue Edge Services LLC does not guarantee refunds.

  • If you are dissatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service and we will review the matter.

  • Any refunds or re-cleaning are at the sole discretion of the Company.

8. Intellectual Property & Website Use
  • All content on [www.blueedgeservices.com], including images, text, logos, and design, is the property of Blue Edge Services LLC.

  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of content without written consent is prohibited.

  • Customer testimonials or photos may be used by the Company for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Orange County, California.

10. Changes to Terms
