Refund Policy

At Blue Edge Services LLC, we strive to provide reliable and professional pressure washing services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines our rules regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling. By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Refunds

  • Full Refunds: A full refund will be issued if no service was performed.

  • Partial Refunds: If a service was performed and there is a dispute, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Blue Edge Services LLC.

  • Timeframe: Any issues must be reported within 3 days of service completion to be considered for review.

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment originally received (e.g., Zelle, cash).

2. Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a $15 cancellation fee, which may be deducted from any prepaid amount or charged separately.

3. Deposits

  • Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking.

  • Deposits are refundable if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • If canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, deposits are refundable minus the $15 cancellation fee.

4. No-Shows & Access Issues

  • If our team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to perform the service due to lack of access (e.g., locked gate, no water source, or no response from the customer), the appointment will be marked as a no-show.

  • Customers may reschedule in such cases, but a $15 rescheduling fee will apply.

5. Service Satisfaction

  • Blue Edge Services LLC does not guarantee refunds based on dissatisfaction alone.

  • Multiple re-cleans or repeated refund requests for the same service will not be honored.

  • Any accommodation beyond the terms above is at the sole discretion of the Company.
